JP Morgan - VP, User Experience Designer   2018 - present

Manage a team of three designers and organize their design work for the United States branch of the international investment platform

Represent design in research initiatives and participated in a key workshop with top stakeholders, bankers, and advisors to understand the business needs and personas for wealth management for region specific international clients

Created a responsive report building tool, which was the key takeaway from the workshop for desired functionality for our top persona

 

Wheels Up - Senior Product Designer   2017 (5 month contract)

Adapted the native app and responsive web components into the company’s new brand identity and created platform specific style guides highlighting all aspects of brand application in the overarching styles as well as into all microinteractions

Managed the design process from creation to creative review for a redesign of the native mobile app for iOS and Android

 

Take the Interview - Senior Product Designer   2016 - 2017

Drove the MVP release of an applicant tracking integrated email campaign platform for HR recruiters and hiring teams with processes from paper prototyping, to conceptual wireframes, to the creation of high-fidelity mockups with an accompanying component style guide

Conducted user testing and research to verify design assumptions and shifting executive goals within the market

Executed a candidate facing digital video interview experience from start to finish for web and native applications

 

OneGo - Senior Product Designer   2016 (9 month contract)

Conceptualized a brand identity which translates into visual design elements that are integrated into all products and supports the company vision

Built a brand book and component style guide that supported designing a native iOS booking app, responsive payment website, and marketing website along with supplemental materials

 

Stealth Travel (Totom / Gozengo) - Senior Visual/UX Designer   2014 - 2015

Creative direction for three developed concept-based visual languages to be the foundation for individual style guides & brand books, adhering to atomic design principles; including templates, components, grids, styles, iconography, and photography for both a B2B and a B2C audience

Created fully interactive responsive prototypes for easy-to-navigate flight, hotel, and package searches and booking flows per requirements for a brand new travel e-commerce application

 

Vidyo - Senior UI/UX Designer - 2012 - 2014

Solely designed over 20 interfaces, along with subsequent versions, providing a consistent look and feel to all Vidyo-based products with regard to their platform while taking into account current app trends

Generated a 60-page user experience guide defining consistent functionality of all microinteractions within every application

Trained and managed freelance and intern associates to align with set UI/UX guidelines and asset structure for all endpoints

Provided rigorous QA with multiple iterations to perfect functionality and asset placement while preparing apps for launch

Oversaw image selection, retouching, and completion of digital and print spreads for seasonal magazine issues

Converted archived issues from print to iOS, Android, Kindle and web e-book digital platforms
